Hi I’ve been waiting since August for a date for tribunal, I rang them today only to be told it could take up to the summer.i read that I can ask for a paper hearing but I wanted to send more evidence as my partner will send in a statement is there any guidance for him or should he just write what he has to do for me.
Thankyou

I've moved your post to it's own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.

Your partner needs to write a letter to the Tribunal Service, it needs there name and address, date, relation to you and how often they see you.

The letter needs to explain anything that they do for you and any observations that they have about your porblems with completing the PIP activities.

Lastly they need to make a statement that the information contained in the letter is true to the best of their knowledge and obviously sign it.

Yes, you can request a Paper hearing at any time, just make sure everything that you want them to look at has been sent to the Tribunal Service as you will not be notified of when your hearing will be held.
