Meaning of the word "unambiguous" ESA was created by ThisGovernmentsGoneToFar
Happy new year folks.

Need help understanding "unambiguous" the above word does it mean cut and dry if so will this letter help explain I'm not gonna get better I have other medical paperwork also to send ESA when it's time.

My specialist consultant has wrote this in a letter for my ESA stating some of the following. ESA had already stated detoration in function noted in in ESA85 back in 2014. I'm in the Support group and have been for over 4 years.

He suffers from both physical and psychiatric problems of a chronic and disabling nature.

There is in my opinion no prospect of recovery for these reasons described below.

He has also stated my conditions will not improve and will unfortunately progressively deteriorate with with age. These are of a life-Long nature and will not be able to return to employment at any time in the future.

He then goes on to explain everything in fine detail.

He Also states: He would find it impossible to attend an assessment centre away from his home as he barely manages outpatient appointments and has communicating with and trusting people.

Then he also states: If the above information is not sufficient I would be happy to provide any further infomation on the above phone number or via the above address.

So what I'm asking will this help my ESA when the time comes, as I can't go through anymore of this torture I had my PIP done paper based ongoing without this letter.

Also should any letters from medical letters have the word Private and Confidential be removed and just state To Whom it May Concern.

Thanks team.

I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.

unambiguous

adjective
not open to more than one interpretation.
"instructions should be unambiguous"

Yes I think that the letters will help with you getting a Paper Based Review the next time you are assessed for ESA.

Ideally the letter should not include "private" or "confidential"

Thanks Gordon I have a good team and I'm not good with words?

I guessed that Private and Confidential should not be added.

Also forgot to add: He also stated within the letter.

He is registered as Physiclally disabled person and having both physical and psychiatric conditions render him unable to function in any employment environment . The prognosis of thes combined conditions is unfortunately that he will not improve

Plus more detail what this help me having to not keep going through this I can't explain the full letter it would not get posted.

Thanks Gordon.

The only other comment I would make is that your Consultants comments are general and ESA has very specific criteria, it would help if they could comment directly about your ability to complete the ESA activities.

As i said Gordon I can't put it all on here otherwise you would not allow my post?

He has in the letter stated the difficulties I have. Like behaviour is not always appropriate, self harmimg on regular basis, can't cope daily struggling to manage, can't mobolise or walk very well or cannot use a wheelchair, I have COPD 3. He has also described what my breathing and walking is like as he sees what I'm like, my right side arm, hand back and leg and foot is very knackered to.. he has explained my issues in detail with my problems day-to day.

I hope that's what you mean Gordon
