won pip appeal

Hi just wanted to let you all know that I had my pip appeal this morning my daughter who is my carer accompanied me .The appeal consisting of a judge , a doctor and a health care lady, also a Dwp representive ,who was a young man and who was very helpful to us , he was on our side to be honest and said the pip should not have been taken away, I had accompanying letter from my Mp and sent in prior to the appeal and doctors medical evidence .I WON my pip back as it was before ,with backdated money, it was relaxed and as others have said a big long table which they sit at and another equal long table that we sit at and the Dwp representive sat aside us, the clerk sits at the back and types up all information ,and he came out prior to the hearing telling us what was going to happen and ask for any further evidence to be added.i have been awarded it backdated till 2020 . we also questioned on paper, where we disagreed with the assessor and where we believe she lied in her summing up of the assessment. PLEASE PLEASE DONT GIVE UP mine was for Mental health ,which ATOS hope that when they give you zero points on both daily living and mobility you will give up and not go further cos of your depression and anxiety. but I'm proof if you do ,it can be successful ..hope my story has helped you all and good luck
