PIP renewal and moving house. was created by LadyLuna
I am extremely stressed by this situation.

My partner is changing jobs in May and we are re-locating 150 miles away from our home. I have ESA CB SG so will not have to change to UC, but I had a 2 year award for PIP last April and my review will be due at the time we are moving.

I do not know the area I am moving to yet - we still have to secure accommodation, so cannot yet find out if Dr's lists are open and how easy it is to get on them. Obviously this will be difficult for getting letters of support, especially from a new Dr.

How long, roughly, does the review process take if there is no change? What information should I provide? Is there anything I need to be aware of?

Many thanks.

The review process is unlikely to be any different even if you report no change, best guess is 15-16 weeks.

What you need to provide will depend on the form that you are sent, most renewals but not all, are done using the AR1 Review form, there's a section in the PIP Claim guide that covers completing this form and some of the issues associated with your doing so.
