Requet for advise

Hi gordon. I can't seem to find the reply button so sorry for the new topic. I have a question as follows
In my haste to get my pip completed and sent back before the deadline i explained one of my conditiond but not how lt limits my ability to complete daily tasks. Should i write to the dwp an explain or wait to explain to the assessor on the day?. Thanks in advance

Hi please can you tell me if managing therapy includes when someone stays during the day or night to prevent you taking an overdose. I am not clear if it comes under needimg supervision..thanks

Hi gordon my extra evidence was sent next day signed for to the dwp yesterday before my home visit next week. Would you know after it us scanned onto dwps system, if it is sent by post or electronicly. I do have copies to give the assessor but would prefer if ttey were with them beforehand. Kind regards
