Hi Gordon thanks for the help, I went to the CAB today for advice they looked at my How your disability affects you form that I had photo copied and wrote out for advice on, they said it was very well written and just copy it to the original form as I had written it on the photocopy.
I had taken some of my Day Diaries to show them, I also took a letter explaining why I was out of the country for 6 weeks staying with family , they have a disabled extension for me to stay in that was built for my cousins father who died 4 years ago.I also had a letter from my Grandaughter explaining how she helps me 4 days a week.
When I asked CAB if I should send these with the form they said no, wait and see if you are not successful then send them in as an appeal.
My question to you is should I send them or not ?
I presumed the more info I sent the less likely they would turn me down.
What do you think or advise on this.
Regards

I would send the diaries but not the letter about you being out of the country.

I don't know why people think there is any advantage to holding evidence back for an appeal, surely a claimants aim should be to receive the correct award and not have to appeal!!!

I agree with you about holding things back, however should I send my Grandaughters letter about how she help me as the form does ask about help doesn't it.
Sorry to be a pest but I just want to get it right.

If it helps your claim. She needs to have included her name and address, how she knows you and how often she sees you, her testimony about your problems with the PIP activities and lastly, she needs to attest that the information is correct to the best of her knowledge and sign the letter.

I'm afraid you have misread it :)

What it is saying is that nobody will be reassessed as part of the process of looking at previous claims in regard the Going Out changes.

Reassessments for PIP continue as before.
