Please can anyone help me?!? I sent my pip application in today and have just realised I forgot to sign it!! I got the form on 2/1/2018 and it had to be back by 21/1/2018 which didn't give me much time and the stress of trying to get it filled in has wIped me out. Will my application be rejected?? will they even let me know??
This is my second attempt at claiming and mostly I have done it myself after many failed attempts at trying to get help with filling it in my council used to have benefits advisors who would help you fill it in but the service has changed drastically so there is now no help there and the lady who rang me to tell me this had looked into if there were any welfare rights services in the area and all she could find was the cab but they only have two day a week on helping people with benefits and I couldn't get an appointment. I tried age uk as I will be 64 in April and I thought that they helped people over 60 but when I rang up they said I have to be over 65. Then a friend told me there was a welfare rights service in Preston so I rang them but was told they don't offer help with filling in forms they only offer advice.
In desperation I came on here and signed up and my friend came and stayed with me a couple of nights and between us we got if finished last night and now it's hit me that with all of the pressure I forgot to sign it...:S :(

Tatty

Contact the DWP office dealing with your claim, I don't think it will be a problem but you do need to deal with it. Their contact details will be on the letter that accompanied the PIP2.

Hi Charlie
Thank you for that it's made me worry a little less but it's such a stressful procedure isn't it?
And to be honest I don't feel positive about my claim, it's my second try and after losing my appeal last time I'm not looking forward to going through it all again, the lies on my report shocked and angered me so much I still feel furious when I think about it but coming on here and knowing there is a supportive network is a huge help, thanks again :-)
