Face to face assessment when in support group

Thanks again. Thats why I find it strange because we have lodged the same evidence as last time so I dont know why they would need more this time to write a report.

It's likely a different assessor and they have taken a different view on whether a face to face was required.

It's ok, she is still on DLA as she hasn't had to apply for PIP yet. It was just me getting mixed up in the message! It was kind of you to take the time to point this out to make sure that we weren't missing out. Thank you.

Just to update and say that the assessment was fine and my daughter has been placed back in the support group. What a relief!
Thank you for your help. I always use your guides when completing the forms and find them enormously helpful, I would say essential! I would struggle without them.
Reading through information on here, does that mean that she will not now have to have another assessment but will stay in the support group indefinitely, following the decision on the 29/10/17 ?
I was thinking of asking for copies of the forms (Esa85 and 113) but maybe there is no point?

Congratulations on the award, well done.

Requesting the reports will give you a better of ida of where you were successful and less so, so it is worth considering.
