HI EVERYONE just a quick question hubby was in esa support group , yesterday he switched to pension ,we had a letter saying they were paying pension for 16th 17th jan, then it would kick in on the 31st jan.. will he still get esa from 3rd jan to 15th jan ? . as all that has been paid in is 2 days pension ??

Yes he will be paid his ESA up to and including the day before his Pension starts. Make sure you contact the DWP office dealing with his ESA claim, although they should have been told about the pension it's worth your checking.
