TOPIC: PIP2 EVIDENCE HIGHLIGHTED?

PIP2 EVIDENCE HIGHLIGHTED? 1 month 3 days ago #204639

Hello Benefits and Work,

When supplying support letters from doctors etc, do you know if it's okay to highlight certain sentences that you feel are important, or should you just trust that the DWP will spot any relevant peices of information?

Kind regards,

Don't assume those assessing your father will notice anything from the reports so feel free to highlight sections that you think are important, but be aware that the documents will be scanned so make sure that the highlighting will still be visible and that it does not actually obscure what is under it.
