TOPIC: HCP report errors

HCP report errors 4 months 2 days ago #204675

There are differences and omissions when comparing the HCP report to the recording of the medical. The DM carrying out the mandatory reconsideration was not interested when this was pointed out,
1. How am I best reporting this in the tribunal paperwork?
2. Is it worth reporting the HCP to their regulatory body?

1. It's worth mentioning when you write your submission for the appeal, I would not do so on the request, but understand that the panel are primarily interested in whether you meet the criteria for an award and not particularly problems with the assessment.

2. It's entirely up to you, but separate what I would call deliberate errors from what could be mistakes or opinion.
