Medical Evidence Letter from GP was created by Angela
I can't seem to find my previous post/s about my PIP claim and appeal. So apologies for the new post.

As mentioned in previous post, I am in the process of appealing the PIP decision (zero award) and I asked my GP to write a supporting letter to provide as further evidence to strengthen my appeal case.

My GP charged me £25 for the letter and I was wondering if there was any way of trying to claim that money back? Silly question I know, but as my benefit has stopped cash is very tight.

You can try writing to the Judge in charge of your appeal asking the Tribunal Service to reimburse you for the expense, however, I don't hold out much hope of it happening.
