Hello all, I was awarded high rate care at interview in December. I was not awarded any mobility. My PIP claim was mainly on mental health grounds, so it was no surprise that I wasn't awarded mobility. However, the government has announced it's not going to appeal against the decision of the high court that refusing mobility on mental health grounds was discriminatory. I have a support worker from MIND who sees me regularly and, without her, I would never have gone to the medical in the first place as the mental stress would have been too great. She took me there in her own car (70 mile round trip) and encouraged me all the time. Where does that leave me? Any ideas what I should do next? I
