Hello
I know it is important to send in as much additional information in as possible with your claim form, but what happens if you are refused and you don't have anything left to send in, is it worth keeping anything back? Also is it better if you can to record the session at your interview, and does it annoy the HP with the possibility of the decision being a negative one? Thanks

We get this question a lot on the forum and I still don't understand why people this this. There is absolutely no value in holding anything back, this is about getting the right award the first time.

Evidence does not age, at least not in regard to a Decision nor does it carry less weight. Both an MR and an Appeal should be looking at everything from scratch.

I would advise everybody to have their assessment recorded, be aware for PIP you will need to provide the equipment yourself. If an assessor has a problem with the interview being recorded then they are not required to allow it, so another assessor who is happy to be recorded will be used.
