Although you have included information about your previous attempts has this been linked to your attending an assessment? If not then this is undoubtedly why you have been invited to a face to face.

You need your GPP and Psychiatrist to write an unambiguous letter that your being asked to attend an interview poses an unreasonable danger to your mental health, they also need to offer to provide any additional information that Capita might require in order to carry out a Paper Based Review.

They need to write to Capita, they are the ones that make the decision about an assessment. emphasise to both that their statements must be absolute, anything like "could" or "may" in their letter will undermine it.

Send them to the assessment centre where the appointment is. At the moment this is about getting you out of having to attend an assessment.

The new letters will be added to your file.
