Give it a couple of days for the DWP to receive the report and then contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.

Hi Gordon. Thanks for your advice. greatly appreciated. I still had to attend Face2face on 9/2/18 despite GP writing to them.
I've now received the HP report, awaiting decision makers conclusion.
I'm disappointed. Boxes ticked bear no resemblance to the comments section.
If decision maker only goes on this I've little chance of any award. At best Standard for care only.
Current DLA award is higher for care & low mobility.
My main issues are Bipolar disorder. Also I have a potentially life threatening physical disorder if not managed appropriately. Which I don't when severely depressed.
There are abbreviations in the health professionals report which I don't understand. I'd appreciate it if you could throw some light please.
HOC
CM
FH
SOH
IO's
I assume CQ is claimant questionnaire?
Find it unlikely assessor read much of the supporting evidence in extensive documents supplied.
Many of the comments regarding what I said were inaccurate or untrue.
My wife was referred to as both my wife & sister.
Despondent about this. Girding my loins for likely mandatory reconsideration & tribunal appeals in future. However, not sure I have the stomach for it any more given the stress & risk it puts me under.
Hope you can offer some thoughts on the above.
Kind Regards
Mickey

PIP Terms
CQ – Claimant Questionnaire
FE – Further Evidence
FH – Functional History
FME – Further Medical Evidence
FRR4 – Telephone contact form
HOC – History of Conditions
MSE – either Mental State Examination or MusculoSkeletal Examination depending on context
IO – Informal Observations
POI – Proof of Identity
SOH – Social & Occupational History
Be aware that DLA HRC is awarded for fundamentally different reasons than PIP Enhanced Daily Living, if you expect to score 12 points or more for Daily Living then you should be concerned if you only receive a Standard award, but otherwise not.

Thanks Gordon. Really helped.
I don’t quite understand your suggestion re points awarded under 12.
Are you saying mandatory re consideration
Request if I get fewer than 12 is unlikely to change anything.
I think I should qualify for standard mobility given my circumstances. I can’t leave the house alone at all. Can’t use public transport or taxis due to psychosis. The Face2face assessor has rated me at 2 points answer
I become so distressed & paranoia takes over & couldn’t cope alone. I can only travel by private car.
I’d welcome your thoughts
Kind Regards

I'm just saying not to set an expectation of an award from your DLA HRC as it has no relevance to a PIP award, however, if you reasonably believe that you should score 12 points of more then that is a different thing.
