Hi
I was receiving pip lower rate both care and mobility. Medical I got NO POINTs for anything!!!
Have requested mandatory reconsideration, and more tie as my mental health currently is seriously risky. And inundated with physical medical appointments.
The message from DWP was ............the onus is on me to provide all medical info and by obtaining it myself!. They do not request it! The "onus is on claimant".
Having had my PIP stopped, I borrowed money to pay x 2 lots of £11 ie: £22, and struggled into surgery to collect. There is so many print offs and it is so heavy and unwieldy. I do not have the time to go through it all, the pile is absolutely enormous. Undoubtedly, I will NOT be able to afford to post such a heavy load. Now what can I do?
To say all this together with an ESA review on top, is honestly leaving me to doubt, continuing to live. I am 10 months in to addiction recovery, (early days) and in a stage 3 shared house, aged 59...........I am struggling to cope, day to day with life, lets alone reading all documents here, now the GP's documents.
I just don't know where to turn.
What do you suggest to prioritise? HELP!

If your ESA is being reassessed then I would concentrate on this, you don't to fail a second assessment.
You do need to go through the pile of documents that you received from the DWP, if you snow them under with paperwork it will not help your MR, you need to pick out the documents that will help your claim.
However, revision rates at MR are very low and it might make sense for you to get through this part of the process so you can concentrate on an appeal. Wait times for an appeal are quite long so you will have time to deal with both your ESA and PIP claims.
