Desperate.
Have focussed on trying to get medical evidence from GP surgery. Exasperated. Mentally ill at present.
Have received Copy of medical No points! which is wrong! Hence Mandatory review requested.

Problem is, as well as providing medical evidence from GP

Do I also need to go through medical report point by point to say where its wrong! All and NO points allocated. I was receiving PIP low rate care and mobility. 2 aspects of care got worse, rest stayed same.
Mobility has deteriorated, please Help!

Dealing with the issues raised in the assessment report is important but you will only received an award by showing that you meet the criteria for one so I would go back to your PIP2, the PIP Claim guide and the assessment report and make sure that you have shown that you meet the legally defined Descriptors.

Remember you must be able to complete the activities reliably and on the majority of days.

AS you previously had an award, check to see how you presented your problems last time.
