I am fully paid up member here .
When the the dwp make changes I like to ask questions .
I know the dwp are slow coming to the facts .
But having your questions locked there must be a better way of telling us.
I find it it quite rude .
I surpose I will be locked now .
Any other members thinking that we need to have our word.

At the risk of sounding rude and that is most definitely not my intention, your subscriptions pays for access to the guides and other documents, it does not include your posting in the forum!
So here is the situation.
There have been two short Ministerial statements in the House of Commons and a written answer to a question. There have been no briefing memos, no letters of clarification, no memos to staff, no change to the published guidance, the legislative amendment that this is all about has not been repealed.
We have published all of the information that has been made available as quickly as we can, the information from last night was on the forum within 10 minutes of it breaking on the BBC 6 o'clock news!
In case you are not aware the Moderators are all volunteers who give significant amounts of their free time to supporting members on the forum, we daily deal with 2-3 times the number of posts of all the other well known "help" forums together.
We appreciate the concerns that members have with these changes, my partner and I are equally effected and it is not our intention to suppress posts, but what would you like us to do with the time that we donate, answer the dozens of questions that we have had about this with the extremely limited information that we have, which does not actually answer any of the questions being asked, or, direct members to the information that we have published so that we can deal with the problems that members are having with their claims and awards today?

Here here gordon and all mods that do a fantastic job. I would encourage others also to write messages to support the few dedicated people that help the disabled because without the mods where would we be?..up the creek without a paddle.

I'd just like to add my voice to those expressing gratitude to Gordon,Mrs H and the other mods who give up their time to help those of us struggling with the often cruel benefit system.

I have been a paying member for some yrs now, i appreciate that you have a life and your own worries to.
Without the information that you provide and all the documents that you have for us to download, is very very apreciated.
I couldnt of filled all those forms in without the help of this site.
I look for answers first and gather as much info as i can from you and others post.
I only ask a question when i really need to and cant find the answer that im looking for.
You do a fantastic job and this site is by far the best that i have come accross.
Some people must think you sit here 24/7 waiting to answer there questions as soon as they post because, they have paid to use the site.
I dont think they appreciate that the information you provide takes allot of your time and effort helping us all and trying to deal with your own worries to.
I am so grateful to you and others that all take the time in giving us as much nformation as you can.
