Decision on pip was created by Min
Good evening I recieved my mandatory consideration today and they have still awarded same as before standard both component ( recently on higher rate for both since 2015) apparently the case manager made a decision before receiving all my supporting docs from my doctor I should have until the 14 th Feb ? I rang them to complain and later this afternoon I recieved a call from dwp who introduced herself as a pip department bet within DWP who asked me what other supporting docs should they have had? I explained it was to support my anxiety going out I cannot travel unless accompanied on any journey as I suffer chronic anxiety she explained all legislation had changed (I don’t understand) I did tell her I rang up on the 23rd jan for an update and they put me through to a case manager as all the dates were incorrect on my original decision and I had a decision sent out to me the same day! ( coincidence) still standard after MC she said it will be looked at again when the recieve doctors letter she asked me contents of letter told her confirming my fybro being incurable and managed with morphine and chronic anxiety. Do you think this just means there going to cover themselves and send same conclusion out and change dates? Told her I will be going to appeal if outcome not same she did also say you won’t lose it? Can anyone spread any light or been in same position Thankyou this site it a godsend for me x

I'm afraid you will have to wait and see what happens, we have seem Decisions revised when the DWP looked at fresh evidence, but I would recommend that you still prepare to go onto appeal just in case.
