Redundancy was created by Mart
After suffering a stroke 3 years ago and being awarded Standard PIPin both catagaries, when I returned to work they adjusted my working enviroment and daily activities to suit what I was able to do.
Now we are under the possibility of redundancy ,and my chances of getting another job similar to what i do is very limited. does the company have any diffrent obligation due to my condition, or the changes they put in place for me in a redundancy situation (ie redundancy payment job prospects ect ?)

One more question about the PIP assesment form, has the section stating always been there.
" can stand and then move using an aid or appliance more than 20 metres but no more than 50 metres (10 points)
as when I completed my assesment about 3 years ago I cannot recall the "aid or appliance" being an option??

Are you sure that is was the PIP2 says? I thought this section was a series of tick boxes with just the distances!
The phrase you have quoted is the legal definition for Descriptor (d) of the Moving Around Activity. this has not been changed since PIP was implemented in 2013.
