mental health & refused mobility was created by Tracy
Hi after reading today’s newsletter, I read that DWP will be reviewing 1.6 m pip claims! Does this mean that claimants that applied for pip under mental health who should have been given mobility & didn’t be automatically looked into? I’m not too sure if I’ve got the info correct in my head..... my husband was awarded high pip, but refused mobility even though I think he should have been awarded the mobility components due to his condition, I was told if I wanted it looked at again he may loose what he already had & he just couldn’t cope with going through all this again as it caused him so much stress & anxiety intop of what he already has, w3 are without transport & he can’t use public transport due to his health & was wandering how the DWP would look into claimants, & would he automatically be a claimant looked into? Thank you for any information given x
