PIP appeal just found PA6 form with advice changed

Strong has appeal hearing on 23rd just going through paperwork and find in Bundle PA6 and subsequents changes from original assessment . If original had stood would have been awarded 23 points was awarded 0. I did ask for assesses report but this was not included , l put my hands up and should have gone through the Bundle page by page but l only skimmed it and felt that it was copies of what l originally had.

Can l raise this at the hearing , if so should l send it prior to hearing ?

Sorry l did not make myself clear we have the PA6 form and revised assessor report , my query was this had not been sent to us when l had asked for the assessor report , can l challenge this at the hearing on the 23rd or should l do so before then? The revised report gives my daughter nil points when the original would have given 23 .
