Mandatory Reconsideration Request Letter

More

I am preparing my letter (using your guides) but do I need to provide additional evidence within this letter or can I send another letter with all the additional evidence later on.
As this is going to take a few days to compile.

New evidence may help but is not always required.

Have you received a copy of the assessment report? If not then contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.

I would starft by going back your PIP form and the PIP Claim guides to make sure that you have shown that you meet the criteria to score the points needed for an award. Remember you need to complete the activities "reliably" and "on the majority of days" not to score points, so check whether you have included these issues in your response.

Yes, I have the copy of the assessment report and my PIP form.

The HCP blatantly missed out what I actually said at the assessment, not once but three times.
Followed up by what I can only describe as an interrogation on asking me the same question 5 different ways.
I know how interrogations work as I have been through mock ones when I was in the Forces and this one definitely was very similar.
Can I also point this out in my letter to DWP?

Letter has now been written and will be posted tomorrow.
All I did was apply some common sense and identify what I disagreed with and answer them in order.
