2 x F2F.

Last month I had two F2F assessments in one week. One for
ESA one for PIP. One at home, one at their place.

This was a very stressful week indeed!

Ten days later two brown envelopes from Belfast came on the same
day. Support Group and both Enhanced Rates for PIP.

Your two guides are absolutely wonderful and enabled me to clearly
get across the details of a rare condition in exactly the right way. One
of the assessors complimented me on the form. Did not need to
ask lots of questions on the forum the guides had all I needed.

B & W give enormous support to disabled people. Vey pleased
indeed with your service!

For your feedback, there were inaccuracies, omissions and a couple
of plain untruths in the medical reports.

They said I walked 60 metres to the assessment room but I was wheeled
all the way. Many things were just ignored and only things I insisted
on were written down.

Not a problem for me actually as I had points to spare over the threshold of 12. Even
the DM at the DWP took another point.

My two HCP's were very young and obviously so worried about time
pressures they were taking short cuts and making errors and
assumptions. Not a good way to make life changing decisions.
