Recording of an assesment Vs not recording.

Interesting post and (the assessor knew it was being recorded) it's strikes me that they still and will even stoop this low and still lie in their reports?

It's a good job you have the evidence to back this up and quite rightly you can explain all the untruths within from the recording and as you've now submitted it into your MR. I hope they take notice if they don't im sure the Appeal will.

The panel did not even discuss my claim. They looked at the volume of paperwork I had provided eg a refutation of the assessor's report, a transcription of the assessment and a Gp's report and kicked it back to the DWP to do their job. A week later I got a personal (not a standard computer-generated) letter putting me in the Support Group.
