ESA F2F Assessment - Recording. was created by kat50
I had a f2f last week, that three weeks prior to the appointment I had phoned and asked for the assessment to be recorded. I was told the request had been made.
On the day I was in a right state, I had been unwell for a week prior to the appointment and was struggling on the day so it wasn't until the day after the assessment I realised nothing had been said about it being recorded and I hadn't been in a fit state to remember to ask on the day.
Does that mean it wasn't recorded or was and it wasn't mentioned? Do they have to tell you if it is being recorded as you requested?
I can't remember a lot of what I was asked or what I said, so I'm kicking myself and worried I didn't get across what I needed to.

If you weren't given a CD or tape then I'm afraid it wasn't recorded.

No I wasn't. I suppose its too late to complain?
I know it wont make a difference to the assessment I had but if the outcome of the report is negative will it make a difference if I've lodged a complaint as I had asked for it to be recorded?

You should certainly consider making a complaint to Maximus

I'm afraid it is not relevant to any Decision that the DWP might make about your assessment.
