Dla to pip

Hi and many thanks for your ongoing support and advice.

The last time I posted my husband had just gone from high rate care/mobility indefinite award to zero points on pip following the face to face medical assessment. We were awaiting a copy of the f2f report.

Himself read it, I read it, we looked at each other and asked ‘have they sent the wrong persons report?’ We redacted the identifying info and gave it to 4 of his carers and asked
If they knew this person - they didn’t think they cared for this person.

The interviewer observed my husband stroking his dog - according to the report, this is an incredible feat of agility since our dog was 9 miles away being cared for by my parents - because we didn’t want the dog to disturb the medical professional during the home visit!!!

Needs no help walking - despite tripping over his wheelchair on the way in.

So many inaccuracies and falsehoods - we have asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration. Sent further medical evidence and we will keep you informed.
