change of circumstances was created by eve
hi my partner wants to move in with me,he is in bad health and can no longer live alone. He is on state pension and P.C and AA.I am on E.S.A support and standard rate pip D.L and standard mobility.I live in a full service area for U.C and believe i would have to claim U.C as a change of circumstances. As he is unable to claim for himself i am nominated to take care of all the paperwork from the D.W.P. He is very unwell and wants to spend what time he has with me.With the right care plan it could work.I need to know how it would affect us .

I would try one of the online benefit calculators

www.gov.uk/benefits-calculators

I would expect you to be better off under his Pension Credit.
