Hello, Please can you advise what I will be asked at an ESA appeal? I am taking my daughter with me as support. My MR got refused and I am so stressed and worried.
Can my ESA be re-instated once the appeal has been received? I am on universal credit in the meantime.
I'm afraid there are no standard questions, all I can say is that the questions will be in regard the problems that you have with completing each of the ESA activities that you indicated that you have problems with.

If you have claimed UC then I would expect you to now stay on it even if you win your appeal. If your ESA claim was for ESA(CB) then this would be re-instated and then deducted from your UC.
