Just been told I'm keeping my ESA Support Group (stressful ) but I've been told I'm might be able to get an extra allowance by filling out an ESA 3 form but they said I could also lose money but to take a chance and fill it out. I don't know what to do as the weeks of waiting for an answer re my ESA was so stressful I felt I was going mad.Can any one advise.? Many Thanks

I can't see how you would lose money as you remain entitled to the ESA(CB) that you are currently receiving and cannot be paid less than this.

The ESA3 collects information about your financial status to see if you will be eligible for an Income Related ESA top-up, RSA(IR) is dependant on your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See
