Just over a week ago i got the dreaded brown envelope and opened it to time they awarded me NOTHING. I scored no points on anything which killed me I devastated I just cried so much. Anyway I’m going to do a reconsideration letter later and just wondered if anyone has any good tips and what sort of thing I should put? I’ve read the section on it all on this sight but any extra advise can’t hurt. Please help me I’m so stressed about it that I’ve put it off.

My best advice is for you to go back to scracth and make sure that you explained why you meet the Descriptors to score the points for an award. Be aware that some have multiple elements and you need to meet all of them to score.
Also, have you made effective use of the reliability criteria and the majority of days.
