ESA Assessment was created by Ness46
Hi

I have a face to face Assessment for ESA next week. I completed the ESA50 form in Nevember. I have just looked through the form and note that a couple of answers are no longer correct, as my condition is progressive and has changed. Should I inform the DWP or just inform the Assessor? My concern is that when I had my PIP Assessment, the HP omitted several discussion points and I had to do a mandatory reconsideration (which I won, thanks to you and your guides).

Many thanks

Write a letter explain the changes and specifically how they effect your ability to complete the ESA activities.

Take a copy to the assessment and ask the assessor to read it before they start the interview and include it your file when they return it to the DWP.

If the changes are significant in regard the activities then I would also send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim.
