IAS Report was created by Roxy raver
Hi
I received my F2F medical report today and there are many incorrect comments as well as lies !!
One of the lies being she reached for her hand bag on the chair beside her ?? Errm no bag taken with me whatsoever and the chair next to me contained my husband !!
Also that during the examinations quote " declined to crouch to floor and stand up again "
"Declined to bend forward to reach down the floor " I didn't decline I said I was unable to because of what's wrong with me !
Surely the word declined is the same as refused !? However it doesn't say unable to just declined this is so wrong!
No decision on my DLA to PIP decision it's 7 months since forms submitted!!
Decision due anybday I guess !
However could you advise should I ring PIP or DWP tomorrow to point out the incorrect comments and lies ect as I do not agree with some of the points I've been given I feel I should have been given more.and the lies or rather totally incorrect comments?
Or should I await the decision.
They received the report back 6th February.
Also can you explain what this means on the report at the end it says :
"It is likely that the functional restriction identified in this report will be present at the recommended point of review "
Answer given marked as Yes. What does this mean ?
Also the report states " based on the claimants likely future circumstances it would be appropriate to review the claim in 18 months ?"
Does that mean I will get a short award ? If any ?
Be assessed like this all over again in 18months or less ?
I previously had a life DLA award for middle care and high mobility.
apologies for the many questions but hope you can advise /answer.
Feeling so overwhelmed with the stress and waiting on my decision.
Thanks

Looking back at your previous posts it is very nearly four weeks since your assessment so a Decision is due. I would normally advise a member to write to the Decision Maker in these circumstances, but there may no long be time to do this.

My best advice would be to phone the DWP office dealing with your claim, they may be able to tell you if a Decision has been made, if it hasn't then may be able to take some limited notes on your concerns about the report which will be passed on to the Decision Maker.

Thanks for your reply I will await the decision as to feel it is to late to make any changes.
My assessment was 25th January and report got to DWP on 6th Feb and I received my copy 19th February so I would say my decision has been made
I can't actually face calling so will just the decision
