Too much information on ESA50 form??

Hi, this is my first posting on here and I'm looking for advice please.
I've had the dreaded ESA50 form arrive and due to severe anxiety haven't been able to start it until today. I have copies of my previous two, so generally copy the information on to the form, adding and deleting where necessary. however as I have tried to put as much information as possible, using A4 paper instead of the squares, I am only on the second question and am now worried that so much information may be to my disadvantage, as could be misinterpreted that I have a good memory and am capable of writing at length. I have very severe anxiety and back problems.

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

I'm afraid there is no good answer to your question, is there anybody who can help you to complete the form, so that they are doing the work based on your input?
If not then consider explaining how you have managed to complete it on the form itself, for example; breaking the work into small manageable tasks.
