PIP REVIEW was created by Terence Scrivens
Just received brown envelope for PIP after 20 weeks waiting. They were reviewing my case because I informed them that I had gone on Dialysis and my right hip had collapsed. I have been awarded enhanced rate for Living allowance but only standard rate for mobility, the letter says that by Law I cannot be awarded Enhanced Mobility because I am over 65. Is this correct, I was getting the standard rate long before I was 65. .

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

I'm afraid this is correct, like DLA before it, a mobility award cannot be increased once the claimant passes the age of 65.
