I am moving from DLA to PIP. My disability is mental health related. I'm asking my psychologist for a letter of support. What key factors should I ensure that she puts in the letter?
If you are only claiming on mental health grounds then the primary areas to think about will be ones where you need prompting or perhaps supervision, or where your conditions preclude you from undertaking the activity in the first place such as mixing with other people or going out.
There is a GP Notes document in the PIP area that may help add some structure to any information that your Psychologist is willing to provide.
