Esa support group awarded. was created by wispafish
Hi, I was awarded esa and placed in the support group again, thanks to your guides. I would like to write to the dwp to find out what they have awarded me and why, where i scored points and a copy of the medical report and how long this award last for before re assessment. What do i actually ask for?

Congratulations on the award, well done
Contact the DWP office dealing with your ESA claim and ask doe the assessment report, it will be an ESA85 if you had a face to face assessment and an ESA85A if you did not.

Thanks Gordon. What about the decision makers report and score sheet or does that all come under this esa85?

You can ask for them but they rarely exist which is why I didn't bother mentioning them.
