Invalidity Pension From An EEU Country was created by Roger
I am now in England long enough to pass the residency test for a PIP claim.
I receive an invalidity pension from another EEU country as well as an income protection scheme from my erstwhile employer.
I was wondering if I should submit proof of these with my PIP application, as supporting evidence.
I saw Citizens advice and they advised me that I am OK to proceed with a PIP claim, but would not be eligible for anything else.
I am totally and completely dependent on these two schemes and will not do anything that could jeopardise them in any way whatsever.
Would anybody have anything to offer?

The primary issue is whether these awards testify towards your limitations, if they do then definitely include them, PIP is not a means tested benefit so I would not expect your receiving these other benefits will have an impact on your claim.
If they don't document your limitations then maybe still include them but don't expect too much of them.
Whilst I would not expect PIP to have any impact on these other benefits, I think you should ask the question in the country that they have been awarded from.

Thank you for the answer Gordon.
The income protection policy is awarded to somebody who "becomes physically unable to do their job" and the invalidity pension is awarded if the Irish Wefare deem somebody "unfit to be able to work ever again".
Getting them both took almost 3 years and I found the process incredibly hard.
Their selection criteria is very stringent, which is why I thought they would make for good back up.
I finished the content of my PIP2 Form today. I can't write, so I'm using a dictation programme that prits it out for me. It's taken two weeks of work so far, and now I have to edit it down. My GP is going to write a covering letter about the typed answers and I have already called the DWP, who said that would be fine.
