Hi first Thankyou so much Gordon and everyone for your support this forum has been so helpful for me and the added guides available.
I am about to send my appeal form and would it be overload to also send with the appeal form the copies of the letters that I have sent into the dwp over the past few weeks when I’ve submitted my mandotory consideration I was offered standard for both elements but have originally had enhanced in Borge elements past 3yrs and my daily living has changed considerably since I’m 1 point away for enhanced daily living and 4 points for the going out mobility part. If I sent in all information I understand when my appeal is accepted they will send it to dwp is this right? Then my thinking is who ever deals with the appeals side of it may look again and decide I should have been awarde enhanced for both ? who ever looks at it will see the additional info or is it only fresh info recently that the dwp havnt seen as yet that I would send in?
Apologies if I seem a bit stupid but I have never done this before and yes I understand I could lose everything but why should I not appeal? I know im entitled to enhanced in both parts? Thankyou min x

Are you going to make a submission for the appeal, if you are then I would hold off sending these documents and include them with the submission where you can explain their relevance.

The form is really just to get an appeal accepted but if this is all you intend to send then yes, include them but I would still include a covering letter.

Once your appeal is accepted the DWP will send you a copy of their submission for the appeal, this will also contain all of the documents used in the Decision.

You can then prepare your own submission, it's another chance to argue your case and to bring all of the information together.

If you ask for a Paper hearing that you do not attend, then the Tribunal Service need to have your submission within one month of the date on the letter accompanying the DWP bundle.

If you opt for an Oral hearing that you attend, then you can continue to submit information for the appeal until 10 days before the hearing, although I would try and only send one package of information.
