Is this a Benefit Review or Compliance Interview? Usually 12 months of statements.

benefit review something do with a blue form, it's online I show them I have been hearing it's 1 month but am not going back any futher as it's a too personal so show any further back

If you are unsure as to how many months of statements that they want, then ask as it will just delay the process if you don't then what they want.

I was up at A&E yesterday with random suicidal thoughts and was seen by a mental health nurse and I was hearing that they aren't allowed to assess you when you get suicidal thoughts is this true?

They must take these issues into account when deciding to do a face to face or not, but there is certainly no restriction on their doing one in these circumstances.
