ESA delays & confusion-have made formal complaint

ESA3 sent on 15th Jan 2018. Received by DWP on 19 Jan 2018. - Keep receiving letters telling me ESA contribution based ends on 15 March 2018. On 16 Feb 2018 told this would be flagged for attention. Today, follow up call confirmed nothing more has happened, no explanation could be offered as to why. (incompetence)
Today, with my key worker promised a 3 hour call back, which never came. Follow up Telecon again. Transpires enquiry/request for call sent to wrong office! (incompetence) Now down for a 1 hour call, which has NOT materialised!

I insisted on making a formal complaint, which after some resistance was taken from me and typed by the lady whilst I was on the phone. I am now terrified, as nothing has happened, and on 15 March my ESA will cease. The stress of this and PIP appeal is too much, to bear.

Secondly a separate issue - Requested Mandatory recon, made in writing on 8th December. (following being removed from support group to WRAG, by a telephone, so-called MP)
assessment. Received by DWP on 18 December 2017 (not sure why?) Followed up with Telecon on 16 Feb 2018, and told it would be flagged. Heard nothing.
Today informed it was only received by decision maker on 28th February 2018.

These two issues together with a PIP tribunal request made today, are literally making my medical conditions worse, and I do wonder if I can cope for much longer in this world.
PS. Worked all my life till 3 years ago. And in early addiction recovery, and have physical ill health. Help! feel I am slowly dying.
