Is there any advice, docs, news on the MIS(Mortgage Interest Payments support). I get my mortgage interest paid via the benefits but from April it is changing to a loan.. I am a bit worried as I was told by a relative that there maybe hidden costs as to when the charge on the property has to be paid .. I cant make up my mind if I should go for it or not:( My Mortgage term is due to finish in 4 years and I dont even have the capital as it is an interest only mortgage so I may even have to sell up and move within 4 years:( Unless I can find family members willing to pay my capital and I leave the property to them incase of death:( .. Its not fair that they are doign this as a loan :( ontop of all this I am still on DLA low rate mobility and havent had forms to change over to PIP yet either so I guess that will come some time this year (MORE ADDED STRESS) . I maybe able to pay my mortgage payments but it will be financially very Tight but if i loose my DLA then I definately wont be able to pay it:( Im so confused and so stressed:( Any help is appreciated..

I am sorry but we cannot offer any advice on this, it is a financial decision which is outside the scope of the forum.

Get advice from an experienced financial advisor.
