Pension Credit & Universal Credit Question

Hello, I hope someone can help me with this. According to the CAB my area is in a 'live service' area for UC. However at this stage my husband can apply for Pension Credit and include me in the claim although I am not yet of pension age. He can do this even though he will not collect his state pension until the end of June (end of May he qualities but we are guessing he will not receive first payment until end of June).

My question is, when he receives his state pension will this 'change of circumstance' trigger a necessity for him to claim UC rather than pension credit if UC has been fully rolled out by then.

I think I have read somewhere that the ability for 'mixed aged' couples to claim pension credit may cease in the not too distant future. (I will not be eligible for state pension for another 8 years). So whilst my husband can claim pension credit for both of us now (I am his carer) when he receives his state pension at the end of June could that trigger a change which may require me to be removed from his claim given that we may then be a mixed aged couple under these 'new rules'.
