Pip

Hi there ,
I was diagnosed 10 years ago with fybromyalgia and up until 3 years ago record dla . It was up for renewal and changing to pip and I lost all my pip and lost the appeal/ tribunal etc . The tribunal was so harrowing that I never tried to claim again . Anyway for the last year I have been trying to do a few hours 2-3 days a week volunteering but it wipes me out and I have to rest for days in between . I’ve been advised to re apply for pip as I struggle with my back and have 2 collapsed disc and can’t stand up right for more than 4-5 minutes ... has anyone got pip on her for fybro and if so I could do with some help please and any advice would be really grateful
