deadline for PIP reconsideration form

I have just found out that my mum was turned down for PIP. She got her letter on the 22nd February. Please can anyone confirm the deadline for sending in the reconsideration form. I only have 4 of the 6 pages - my mum has lost the last two. I will ask for them but unlikely to get it before the deadline. Reading general guidance it seems to be a month but I want to be sure. would the fact that there were only 28 days in Nov make a difference? thanks

The normal period to request an MR is one month from the date of the Decision, so a Decision on 22 February would mean that the DWP need to receive the MR request by 21 March, however, you can make a Late request providing you can show Good Cause for the delay, not knowing about the Decision should be accepted.
