I have worked25year as carer due to health I can't work I have a number health problems because of the work I did I went for pip review I got taken off standard mobility because they said I can walk 13meters with my stick and they do not class 8tramadol 8codeine a day as high pain relief they even rejected doctor letter saying I have tried strong er pain relief morphine but it made me suicidal I walk threw pain everyday iam awaiting triburnel out come the assesort said I refused medical I did not refuse anything I do not lie this has so upset me the most

A Tribunal panel will look at all of your evidence from scratch and they do not have a bias towards the assessment report, however, you do need to go back to basics and make sure that your have explained your limitations as you will only receive an award again by showing the you meet the criteria for one.
I would start by going through our PIP Claim guide to make sure that you understand the criteria that you need to meet.
Our PIP section also has information that can help you with our appeal.

Hi thanks for advice my conditions had got worse and I know also have fibromialga I told the truth and they also said I touched my face and knee my sister drove me the35miles to assessment and when I got home I had to go to bed due to pain I kept the standard care part but mobility I lost

I do understand but you are being asked to meet very specific criteria, if you haven't shown this then this could be why you haven't received the award you expected.
