Nick

This is why we ask members to keep their posts in one topic!

I don't see anyway for you to force an adjournment, the Judge will almost certainly take the view that your reasons are all matters that could have been resolved reasonably before the hearing.

As to the letter, yes email it, but you need to the email address for the venue so if you don't have it you need to phone them today.

Given you have received a warning, I think you should re-visit your thoughts about cancelling, especially if you doubts about being able to put your case across.

This is hard to believe, but when I was about to set off for the tribunal on Monday afternoon I got a text message saying I didn't need to go because the judge had made a ruling in my favour that morning. They couldn't tell me any details so I had to wait until today for a letter. I've been on standard daily living and no mobility since May, but the judge has given me Enhanced for both daily living and mobility until 2021!!!

Does this mean I won't have another Atos assessment until at least 2021?

That's marvellous news, especially after you received a warning about your existing award.

You will obviously need to wait for the Decision to be notified in writing but well done.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, give them a call next week to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.

It's a credit to the tribunal system that I got the best possible award despite making so many mistakes.
