Thanks for that... I only do these kinds of things because I have the 'racing thoughts' anxiety. It gets busy up there! I'm a nervous wreck most of the time but I can (sort of) talk to people on the phone and type a letter. So it makes it really hard to actually get people to understand what a plethora of illnesses and problems I actually have. Even I don't understand me. I need a manual!
