Hi there, my wife won at tribunal in october 2016. She was awarded 2 years from the date of our application so on the tribunal letter there is a end date of may 2018.
I am unsure what to do at this point.. we havent recieved anything from the DWP about her PIP end date and im at a loss at what i need to do... do i just wait for a renewal form? nothing has changed and i do not want her to face the same stress and anxiety it caused last time to get her her award, they dont seem to understand eplisepy very well under the new PIP.
So i think my question is am i supposed to wait for a renewal form?

Contact the DWP immediately, the address and phone number will be on any letter that she has received about her PIP from the DWP.

Thanks, i called them and they said they had sent a letter in Feb but we never received it!! seems convenient.
We now have go through the whole process again as she was awarded a fixed term for 2 years.. so depressing for her as she has had this condition for 30 years with no significant improvement anticipated.

So this means that you will receive a new PIP2, you need complete this in detail and provide evidence as you can even if it was submitted with your last form. There have been changes to the DWP guidance and some definitions since you were last assessed so make sure that you use the latest PIP Claim guide to help you complete the form.

thank you will do, are you aware if we are allowed to include the last tribunal ruling as evidence for this claim? her condition has not changed.
